Q) How do I place orders?
A) We recommend that you place your order online to ensure accuracy with the information you've entered yourself. Please include a valid email address and a good telephone #. Q) When will my order ship?
A) We strive to have all orders processed within 24 hours. While we make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible, we do ask for a little time to process, pull, pack and ship the order. Occasionally we will have some items on back order, we will make an attempt to notify you of this, if applicable. Orders placed after hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. holidays will begin being processed on the following business day. We ship via USPS and UPS, shipping times via the carrier can range from 2-7 days depending on your location.
Q) What is your return policy?
A) We have a 14-day money back guarantee. Returned items must be in an unused-condition and with the original packaging.
